Today is an interesting day for the internet, a day in which hundreds if not thousands of websites are in protest of the SOPA and PIPA bills that the House and Senate are voting on soon. While Darkstar will not blackout any content today, we add our voice to the millions who are against the passing of these potentially harmful bills and call on our congress to listen to the voice of the people. Piracy is a serious issue and one that shouldn’t be taken lightly, which means that plans to counter it should be carefully considered and not rushed into that end up doing more harm than good.
